None of your financial information is collected by Hug Me! Dolls. Your entire payment is securely handled by PayPal, the most trusted name in internet shopping.

Transit Time

The Cambodian Postal Service does not guarantee an exact arrival date for shipping. Please allow 1-6 weeks for deliveries shipped by Air, and 4-12 weeks for deliveries shipped by Surface, depending on your country.

Customs Charge

Hug Me! Dolls Co. cannot be responsible for any customs or duty charges on any international shipments. These charges are determined by customs officials once the shipment has arrived in the country where it is being shipped to.

Our Recycling Philosophy

Hug Me! Dolls purchases as little packaging materials as possible. We reuse almost all of the packaging material that is shipped to us. We also rely on packaging material collected by local residents and purchased by us. This is sometimes their sole source of income, so not only does less waste go to the landfill, but this provides people with an income as well. So when you receive a package from us, please do not expect a brand new cardboard box. Instead, expect a re-used box. You can do your part to keep this material from entering the waste stream by recycling it...starting today. And tell your friends, too!

4 Ways to Shop Greener Online --

1. Choose Surface shipping if you have the time.

Air shipping uses a tremendous amount of energy, generating five times the fuel emissions as shipping by truck or ship. Choosing the Surface option is probably the single biggest thing you can do to lessen the impact to the planet.

2. Send your orders to your workplace.

If you work in an office the Postal Services are probably already stopping by, so this eliminates extra deliveries. It also cuts down on wasteful missed delivery attempts.

3. Don't print out the e-mail receipts and order confirmations.

Copy and paste them into a document or an email for yourself. Curb your addiction to hard copies. Just remember to back up your e-mail when you back up your computer files.

4. Recycle or reuse boxes and packing material.

To help the environment while keeping everyone's costs low, Hug Me! Dolls purchases only a minimal amount of packing supplies. We suggest you too recycle and reuse packing materials whenever possible.

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address

Although rare, occasionally the shipping address you type in has errors. To keep prices as low as possible we ship via the Cambodian Post. If we ship Hug Me! Dolls products to an incorrect address then it will be returned to us. Unfortunately, we are charged a fee when a package is returned which we must in turn charge to you. Once a package with an incorrect or incomplete address has left the building there is little we can do. The Cambodian Post Office does not call us to tell us that there is a problem delivering the package and we do not find out that there is a problem until the package is returned. If this should happen, we will send all pertinent information to you via email describing the problem. In these rare instances, we ask for your patience and promise in return to do what we can to resolve the problem. It is helpful if you provide a phone number and have a confirmed address through PayPal.

Provide an alternate delivery address

Although rare, occasionally the shipping address you type in has errors. If this happens, it is helpful for the shipping carriers to have an alternate address in order to get your package to you. It is also helpful if you provide a phone number and have a confirmed address through PayPal.

Return Policy

Hug Me! Dolls are handicrafts and therefore will all have slight variations. Fabric colors may vary slightly. If you think you have received a product with a major defect please contact us via email at help@hugmedolls.com and include photos of the problem. Subject to our discretion, we may replace the product and pay for return shipping to you. Due to the high cost of international shipping, please contact us before returning an item.
